A New Zealand phone repair shop is blowing up online for all the wrong reasons after allegedly trying to transfer a customer's nudes onto a staff member's phone.
The confrontation over this massive "invasion of privacy" has been doing the rounds on TikTok, racking up a whopping 320k views in just 24 hours.
The footage shows the customer and her friend at the counter of Mobile Planet in Auckland's Sylvia Park.
“She brought her phone in for repairs and got it back, only to find out someone tried to AirDrop [her nudes],” the friend filming alleged.
The manager is seen trying to diffuse and deny the situation, despite there being a notification reading “AirDrop failed” on the customer's phone.

The manager explained: “I’m asking him, ‘Did you see the photos or anything?’ He just said ‘I will just open the photo [app] and swipe’.”
But the customer reveals the intimate photo was taken years ago during a relationship, meaning someone had to scroll back through her camera roll to find it.
“This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour,” the friend said.
The manager claimed to look through the employee’s phone to make sure the photos weren’t sent to his personal device, but no proof was shown.
In a shocking twist, the employee in question is said to have fainted on the shop floor, before the customers were moved on to the mall’s customer service desk to lodge a complaint.
And while the mall has said they are looking into the incident, NZ Herald reports that a police report is yet to be made.
“At this early stage, it doesn’t immediately appear the matter has been reported to police,” a police spokesperson said, encouraging the customers to get in touch.
Mobile Planet has since suspended the employee in question while the incident is investigated.
