Fisher gives important update on baby birth as 'hiccups' lead to a bunch of gigs postponed

"This little unborn human has had other plans.”

Fisher has made the decision to step away from a bunch of gigs after some ‘hiccups’ during his wife’s pregnancy.

The Aussie DJ dropped the news on his Instagram this morning, saying: “Chloe’s due date isn’t until later in June… However, this little unborn human has had other plans.”

“We’ve had a few minor hiccups the past few weeks and our Dr has recommended I stay close to home and be with Chloe during these times of uncertainty,” he added about stepping back from his Hi Ibiza residency.

In another post, Fisher updated his fans with a video message, saying: “My little baby is coming sooner than we thought.”

“I will need to remain in Australia, to be by Chloe’s side, and to meet my new baby,” he wrote alongside his announcement.

The news comes after Fisher had to cancel a string of New York shows earlier this month to be with Chloe after she was rushed to hospital.

“As you know our baby is due in June, however last week my wife Chloe was admitted to the hospital here in Australia with possible preterm labour on the horizon,” he said at the time.

“Our permanent plus 1 joining the Fisher tour next year let’s go, baby,” Fisher wrote on December 23 alongside his wife showing off a baby bump.

While we’re sure he’ll be missed at all the gigs he had lined up, everyone is wishing them all the best as they welcome their little one into the world safe and sound.
